My journey of self-discovery has been filled with twists and turns, but each step has brought me closer to my true self — and for that, I am grateful. For much of my life, I sought validation from others, living in a way that wasn’t aligned with who I truly am. I worked in a corporate job that left me unfulfilled and struggled with depression for years.

Everything changed in 2005 when I attended a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat and committed to a personal yoga practice. These experiences helped me reconnect with my body and begin healing. However, it wasn’t until I worked with psychedelics and other entheogens that I truly began to heal trauma, understand myself, and find my purpose.

My first psychedelic experience was a game-changer. It opened my eyes to the life I’d been living — one that was disconnected from my true self. With the support of these powerful medicines, I faced past traumas, healed, and grew in trust and belief in myself.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to learning through various trainings, including yoga teacher certification, non-violent communication, somatic therapy, and transformational coaching. Today, I can say that I love, trust, and know myself fully — and I’ve found my purpose in helping others do the same.

My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and deep respect for your unique journey. I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and emotions, meet yourself where you are, and move forward with intention.
